Top: Cover The report focused on an international initiative on the use of plant proteins found in lentils, peas, corn etc. The initiative is named the "Protein Highway". The dynamic driving image is meant to convey the speed at which the science is progressing. DDW integrated various grains by placing them in the sky mimicking the shape and colours of the sun and its rays. Bottom: 3 sample inside spreads.
